High above his hallowed lair
The dragon stirs, as yet unseen.
Of ancient breath, with fire's song
A distant gaze, yet with a pasts remorse
Is reality transposed with a dragons thought?
He strives, he seeks, to know to keep
That which we only find in sleep.
Yet he may soar through enlightened skies
Lain hidden from mere mortals eyes.
T'is the dragon. The dragon me must meet
For as he stirs in dreamers sleep
Needs must in dreams be set free
For rich are they, feared of the dark
Yet still to search and perfect their craft.
To awaken the dragon, which in slumber lies
To harness, to love, to direct its desire
Are life-enhancing acts of faith
For to try, yet fail, t'is no disgrace.
The Dragon is Enchantment and dwells in all
Be at peace with self
Hear......your dragons call.
